Got an interview invite after 2 weeks of the application date. It was a direct interview with the team you would work with, and the result was given the next day.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ING (Katowice) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied online and after couple of weeks I received a call with an invitation to the interview at company's headquarters.
At first, it was small talk, then some questions related to my CV, then questions related to finance (as it was an internship in corporate banking department). There was also a question about the company itself, the origin of the ING abbreviation.

What types of businesses would you not want to finance and why?
I applied the position online. They quickly invited me for the first round, and there was only one round. I successfully pass the interview and got the position. I didn't work for a long time due to my non-student status.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note that for internships, you need to be enrolled as a student. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. ^Monique
