Interview
The process was long but the HR team was very nice and explained the process well. After the online test part, we had a HR meeting which was pretty regular. After I passed the HR interview. There was a hiring event called Practice Camp which helped me made up my mind about what to expect and which department to apply. During the event we also had an group case which was actually fun because they gave us time to work on our own as a group and then come up with a solution. After the event there was a round of group case interviews which were more difficult. Candidates that passed the final interviews got an offer.
Am Anfang gab es eine beidseitige Vorstellung, dann kurzer Umriss über Lebenslauf und Profil. Am Ende Austausch von Informationen über das Programm und die Stelle an sich. Durchlauf mehrerer Stationen innerhalb der Traineeship.

Ik werd afgewezen na het maken van een online assessment. Uit de resultaten bleek dat mijn persoonlijkheidsprofiel en waarden onvoldoende aansloten bij de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor ik niet als passende match werd beschouwd voor de organisatie of functie.

Question 1
Ranking maken tussen verschillende positieve kwaliteiten (bijvoorbeeld: teamwork, analyses, leiderschap, etc). Echter zijn zij specifiek op zoek naar bepaalde kwaliteiten, dus je wordt erop afgerekend als je de ranking niet naar wens invult.

Interview
Different interviews with HR and Managers over a span of 4 months, including a math and logic test. Also had to do a pschicological test which gave me a report to work on. This report has been used during interview process.
