Interview
I was interviewed heavily by the internal manager, and external/contractors. I found it strange to be interviewed by so many non internals. After joining, I did learn there were plenty of internals that could have interviewed me. I was hired for a role too junior for me (although it was sold as a senior role). Other internal interviews would have caught this early on.

In debt questioning about how I would handle project situations (IT) from requirements gathering, testing, deployment, etc. Everything.

Long process, hiring managers didn't seem to care much, acted as they were forced to do the interview. Kept repeating the same questions, and didn't even know basic information about their project. Invited me to email them afterwards, in order to clarify what the product is.

There were total 3 rounds of interview. I have given 2 round of interviews and was not successful after 2nd round. The process overall takes approx 2 month. 1st round is with chapter lead and then 2nd round is with project managers
