Interview
The process dragged for months, there were needless tests, the people I met were very formal and rigid and the interviewing went interrogation-style. They really need to improve their overall process and manage candidate experience better. At the end I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, only to be contacted by a recruiter a month later, offering me "this amazing opportunity".

The questions I received were intended more for an intermediate level, focusing exclusively on closing as much as positions as possible and KPIs, not taking the whole perspective into consideration (strategy, quality, planning, legacy, retention etc.).
