Interview
I worked with a recruiter to get in contact with the lead architect at Integris. He asked fairly straight-forward questions relating to modern software development. Luckily, it was more of a conversation than being on a game show, which was nice for once.

The questions were not always asked in a way that would direct you to what he was looking for. Got lucky with one about wrapping new behavior around existing code.
