Three rounds of interviews hosted by the key employees in the department. All of these happened during the same visit. Smaller department so relatively tight group. Mix of conversational interviewing followed by situational questions.

The manager was very nice, but the interview with his boss’ was a little uncomfortable. He was very condescending and didn’t seem interested in the conversation.
