I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ION Geophysical (Denver, CO) in Jul 2012

They went out of their way to provide a relaxed atmosphere for me and walked me around to meet the team. After the interview, I realized that it had merely been a formality. I had already gotten the job by word of mouth of former colleagues already working there.
