The process consisted of a first interview with the hiring manager, and then I was brought back in for a marathon of five interviews, followed by a presentation on a topic of my choice. The lack of diversity was staggering. I'm sure it's a great place to work if you're a white male. I also did not get the impression that you would be able to find the typical ad tech culture here whatsoever. Seems like a lot of quants attempting to be social.
