Via a recruiter who was based abroad. He was professional for most of the process.
The interviewers insisted on an in-person meeting for the first round. Made accommodations for them and sent them all the collateral they needed prior. They ghosted for 3 weeks and I had to ask the recruiter of the status.

They wanted to know about a commercial director from a previous company I was at who seemed to be an employee at their company a few years ago. Wasn't really appropriate as it wasn't relevant to the role.

They were very fast in coordinating the interview as i found out later they have a revolving door of employees coming and leaving the company.
The manager is very deceptive. The manager painted a very pretty picture of how good it is to work at IQPC but when you start to work there, its horrible.
