Interview
First had a video interview with one of the owners. Then the manager called me over the phone to talk, and then another owner called me and gave a really indirect/informal offer over the phone when I hadn't even met anyone in person yet.
We do not know who this person can be since we filled this position three months ago and there is one owner and we always provide an offer letter. Seems like this person was pretty assumptive.

Interview
Comprehensive. They asked me big picture questions that I was prepared to answer. After that it got more specific. I feel most of what they asked me was to determine my character and get a sense of what kind of person I was. Could I be trusted, relied on, etc...
In terms of industry specific information, I got the impression that could be learned rather than a prerequisite to the job.

Interview
Very casual, short and to the point. Discusses previous work, and explained the role I would potentially fill. One on one interview, more of a conversation than an interview. Very friendly.
