I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA (Hoofddorp) in Nov 2015
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bengaluru) in Feb 2019
Interview
Senior person reached and sent me a note for a TA leadership role at IQVIA. Apparently recruiter called and screened for 40 minutes. Later I got an interview invite to meet the Senior person who sent me an Inmail. First level contact guided how to reach the reception and wait for panel to pick you from corridor. The interviewer was not able to greet and wish candidate and found to be rude, no rooms for better understanding abput the role. Not professional and lacks huge on candidate experience.

Question 1
Very generic questions that will be asked to any candidate
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Prague) in Sept 2018
Interview
I had a first interview with the Hiring Manager of the position in the TA department. The interview went in a friendly manner, but had a feeling that the Hiring Manager who was also reviweing the incoming applications was not reading the resumes completely through and that turned out with some questions regarding the experience or skills (e.g. Language). HM provided a very short feedback in the end, which was very unusual and promised to get back with a full feedback within the next two weeks. That actually never happened until now... Knowing that the company is now building a stronger in-house recruitment function gives an overview that there is some sort of confusion going on there, but that’s not an excuse not to get back to your candidate who you have already interacted with.
