I interviewed at IQVIA Shanghai. The interviewer and HR are super unprofessional. The invitation email was poorly organized, the interviewer was speaking very poor English, I doubt if he ever understood what I was talking about (I am native English speaker). He is the worst case study interviewer I’ve ever met.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected apart from the poor standard of the Chinese interviewer’s English and his arrogant and rude attitude. I dun get his English and his poor structure of the case study was misleading. Had a discussion with other consultants, and they all agreed the interviewer had a big issue to the failure of this interview.
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
