This company follows good hiring process. In the first round I went through a telephonic interview, it was like a candidate screening and later two rounds were technical rounds. First technical round was with senior QA and QA lead, and the final round was with manager and director.

Interview
1. Technical Round - Started from basics and then went to advanced. Took almost an hr.
2. Manager Round - Most toughest round. Sr Manager will check your attitude, management skills, etc.
3. HR Round - Was easy. Basically checks your background and then salary negotiation happens.
