Interview
Initially, a phone screen by the recruiter who was very friendly and pleasant. This was followed by a 1 to 1 interview with the hiring manager, and finally a short presentation to a panel of three people.
Interview process was fine. Preparation of 10 minute presentation was requested. Technical and non-technical questions asked. Questions based on PV knowledge and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and clinical research development.

What is your knowledge of clinical development pipeline
First interview with HR about basic questions, second interview with Team Leads more related to the industry, expectations and the role itself. Both interviews were very professional, with time at the end for questions.
3 person virtual interview. Quick review of running clinical trial. Escalation and resolution process. Very quizzical. Be prepared for random questions. Knowledge of clinical trials help. Once hired some clients will request interview.
