Typical process. HR reached out followed by a phone interview and then in person conducted by the principal of the group, the engagement manager, senior consultant and consultants. Also met with engagement managers from different groups.

What are you looking to accomplish in the next 5 years?
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
