I applied online, and 3 weeks later I went through a phone screening, and then afterwards a phone interview and face to face interview (with a panel) all in a matter of a week.

The questions were quite usual, the kind of questions that you will be asked wherever you would apply:
- How did you hear about Q;
- Why do you want to work at Q?
- Do you mind to work with people abroad that you will never meet?
- What are your qualities?

Applied online through the quintiles website. received a phone call which was the initial phone interview. no scheduling, was just done right then and there. This consisted of basic interview questions, "why do you want to work here", "what are your strengths/weaknesses", etc. Then was called back a week later for a F2F interview. 2 managers were present.. also asked a lot of the same basic interview questions as in phone interview. none were particularly difficult.
