I applied online and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. Drove an hour to their offices for interview with husband and wife owners and VP of engineering. I was already familiar with one owner, Martin. Lots of basic questions you get in every interview. They were really into contacting my references. Never drug tested. Make sure you ask them about their travel policies. The force their employees to cover expenses and get reimbursed 14-30 days later. Ask them about high turnover. They go through a lot of talent. Ask them what leadership model they use there.

Interview
Interviewer used profanity all throughout the interview and asked about my marital status, whether I had kids, my national origin and place or birth. He then proceeded to say the pay was about $30K LESS than what they advertised.
