Applied online through USA Job's website. Received an email from the hiring representative asking to schedule a panel interview via Zoom. Panel of 7 interviewed (each panel member asked questions related to a specific area he or she measured.

Question 1
What do you want to work for the IRS? Why are you willing to relocate? Name some IRCs that you have experience in. Explain an issue dealing with an IRC and how you resolved that issue.
Very relaxed and casual. Multi-person panel for interview and everyone was extremely nice. Had an initial call and then a conference remotely. Received an offer shortly after. Good experience overall and no complaints.

How did you foster DEI in your previous work experience?
On Campus Interview, followed up by an interview with the AAC (few years ago). OCI interview was two people from the local office interviewing me. The local AAC then had me to a callback. OCI was about 15 minutes, callback was approximately 30 minutes.
