easy. answer honestly. they need the workers especially in the morning. They called me initially to schedule a one on one interview. The interviewer was real nice. Not a stressful interview at all. took about 10 min. The training sucks because you are not paid for it and it takes about 5 hours.

Walked in was pointed to the office...a lady emerged handed me an application and point to an area to sit down....after completing the application I approached that same office again where i was directed to sit down....she quickly scanned my application and then pushed a script she wanted me to read in my direction...I read it out loud ....and when finished she said report for a non paid training class on monday at 10am sharp....

You do a screening interview to determine whether you can form a sentence and how you sound over the phone. The second interview is to do practice calls and procedures.
