I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX)
Interview
A recruiter contacted me for the position and provided all the relevant details. After having initial HR screening round, I was being called to the company's Dallas office and a panel of 6 people took my interview. I had a positive experience and received a verbal confirmation from the recruiting/staffing company in next 2 days. He discussed the offered amount and I accepted the offer happily. Then I was scheduled a telephonic round with their CTO a few days later expecting to receive a final offer in an email by End of the week, which got delayed. I kept on following up with the recruiter for atleast 1 week after having formality interview with CTO and there was no response about the offer. All I kept on hearing is that they have prepared an offer and sitting on HR table. All I could think about is the troubled time for next week and no communication, which is very painful. My overall experience was really bad about the firm. If there is no offer, the companies HR should have the guts to say it on the face rather than lingering it forever
