They recruit at colleges mainly. Big 12 specifically. I could not figure out HOW they chose from the candidate pools. I got called back for a second interview at most companies I interviewed with. However, I did not get past round one with ISN. Meanwhile, my peers who had lesser GPAs, less school participation, and weaker social/interview schools moved forward. May have something to do with who has a connection into the company.
