Simple interview asked a few questions about employment history and availability and then said they would give me a call if i got the job, the interview was just a walk and sitdown with the store manager

Was pretty easy, asked general questions and fun ones regarding candy. Was hired on the spot. They generally just want to know if you are going to be a peppy worker who can help customers.

submitted resume online then a week after HR send me an email with a link to take an online test with problem solving skills and personality questions. haven’t heard from them again.
