In August 2017, I applied for a HQ Chief of People Solutions position at ITA International and was told two months later that the role was actually not going to be hired for (think they decided to promote a family member). Then in April 2020, I applied to a HQ Chief Strategy Officer role and three months later, I was again was told they were not going to hire for this role.
