I applied and interviewed for an Associate Program Manager. I did receive a call for several months, but I was eventually contacted by a C-level executive with ITS. He apologized for the delay then proceeded to talk about the position and talk to me about my resume. Based on the my salary expectations (this company pays below the going market rate) we did not move forward. Interestingly enough he asked me to interview with the team supervisor to see if I would be a potential fit for future openings. The position supervisor was very nice while being honest about the difficulty of the position, time to onboarding, etc. Unfortunately, they were looking for more of an entry role and I was not willing to take a pay cut for the position.

Interview process was made easy by ITS. They were very responsive, enthusiastic and easy to work with. There was a phone screen, in person 1:1, and team interview. I appreciated that they tried to make sure I had a good understanding of the company values, atmosphere and goals to make sure it was a good fit.
