Interview

Question 1
“Can you describe a challenging situation you faced at work and explain how you handled it?” This question helped them understand my problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and how I perform under pressure in a professional environment.

Interview
External agency screening, couple of interview: one offside one included plant tour. Not as much technical: a lot of questions about previous experience and management skills. They are focused on personal skills and time availability.
