Interview
Standard interview nothing too hard. Describe yourself, how would an employer describe you, and what your previous duties were. The people hiring were very personable. They gave a great deal of HELPFUL information about the company. Talking was probably 50/50 be prepared with a lot of questions because basic questions found online will probably be answered when they take the time to discuss the company and position in the beginning of the interview.

Interview process was fast and standard and did not keep applicant waiting to hear back. Manager laid out expectations for the role clearly and you got to meet multiple members of the team. Total of three interviews.

The initial human resources contact was through email followed by 30 min over the phone interview with human resources representative who was not knowledgeable about accounting. She asked behavioral questions and went though my resume.
