I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ican-B in Mar 2026
Interview
While I have respect for the company's values and the interviewer was very sweet, the way my interview was handled was very unprofessional. The process took place over the course of a month. I was rescheduled last minute, then no showed for the rescheduled interview, then finally rescheduled again for two weeks past my original interview date. After the interview, I was told that I would find out if I moved to the next step of the process by the end of Friday the following week. I followed up by email with no response, only to find out on my own through checking the company page that the position listing re-opened with a bilingual Spanish requirement. I'm disappointed and feel that my time was wasted, and I wish that this decision was at least communicated with me after I took up so much of my time to work around their scheduling issues.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ican-B (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Over the computer. I was asked questions about ABA, but if I didn’t know an answer they made me feel calm. They were looking more at my personality which makes sense, since I will be working with kids.

Interview
Was easy just asked question about what you would do in scenarios also played out a scenario. Felt more like a conversation than an interview which is good. And ya idk what else
