I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ice.com (Calgary, AB)
Interview
After a recruiter arranged our thirty-minute session, I met the hiring manager. While the interview lasted the full duration, the manager appeared visibly rushed, making the entire interaction feel hasty and distracted.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ice.com (Murray, UT) in Jun 2017
Interview
Although most interview processes are painful, this one was actually quite enjoyable. The recruiter was very knowledgeable on Ice.com and the company vision, current status of affairs, and what I would be doing in this role. Although I did not end up getting an offer, I had a positive experience with the entire team and will keep my eye out for similar open positions.
I would not recommend interviewing for this role. They are basically crowdsourcing design ideas through what they are posing as a "design test". Just does not seem like a good place to work. They also seem to change locations often. Even tho they are advertising as a full-time role they want contact work to test you out and this will not come with the benefits they are advertising. Seems a little shady.

I have a "simple" design test that I would like you to do.
