1. They contact me after I submitted my resume for "3 months". 2. Interview with 3 leaders face to face in the meeting room. Another one was video phone interview

It was long - took about a month, they met me three times and called me twice. Because of this I had the feeling that they weren't convinced I was a good fit, however after seeing how they interview everyone over the past four years, this is just the way they do it - they're thorough!
