One phone interview followed by a panel interview followed by a phone call extending the job offer and a lot of emailed documents and paperwork to be signed and submitted prior to onboarding and training.

Safety is our top priority in our production and packaging warehouses. Do you consider yourself a safety-conscious employee?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Idahoan Foods (Idaho Falls, ID) in May 2015

Contacted by HR after about a week. Went in for an initial interview with the hiring manager, and then one of the shift supervisors the following day. I had to email the hiring manager several times before I was actually hired. The hiring manager is very nice and this didn't end up being a problem.
