Interview
Skype/phone call with recruiter from corporate office in Tampa. Met for face to face with regional director for interview. Shadowed treatment provider at center to get a feel of the workplace and sat down to meet/speak with employees. The most important part is that you are qualified for the position- work well as a team- and INTERESTED IN BEING IN THE AESTHETIC INDUSTRY. I cannot stress this enough- do not even think about it if you are just looking for a nursing job and not interested in being in medical aesthetics. If your resume doesn't say anything about the industry then you might as well not apply. It's so important that you show an eagerness/ desire to learn about procedures to make people feel their best and that you are passionate and proud to call yourself someone that helps people to look and feel their very best!! Because the job training is so extensive, most of the interview process is designed to ensure that you are a good fit for the team (personality wise) and to prepare you for what it's like to work in this industry to make sure you are in it for the long haul.

Interview
First I had a telephone interview, it was very easing. Next I had an in person interview. It was a little intimidating because they were interviewing other nurses all day, but I felt relaxed. Asked normal interview questions and employment history. I got a call the following day for a shadow day 5 days later. Very calm company, great personalities, I had a positive shadow. It was about an hour. No questions asked. I got a call with an offer the next morning with an offer. I am so excited to start

Interview
Online application was submitted, then a first call and email from HR department, then in person interview set up with manager through HR. Second interview was set up with the nurse preceptor the next day. Both interviews were very comfortable and the staff was very nice right from the first minute I came in to interview. Questions pertained to the job as well as availability to work and instances of working with others, giving examples. Part of the interview also consisted of shadowing for part of the day.
