      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IgnitionOne (Atlanta, GA)

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter by phone that I would be a good fit for the company. She scheduled a conference call for my phone screening immediately and after suggested I move on with the skype interview with two senior managers. The skype interview was bizarre . Firstly, the managers supposed to conduct the interview pushed it back at least two hours. Then they showed up unprepared and disorganized. I agreed to answer their programming questions via google doc so they could track my coding process. It didn't help that they interrupted me at every turn and didn't explain the problem correctly. Though I nailed both assignments I knew right then that i could not work with these guys. We had zero chemistry and honestly they were just awkward. I think its because they were not prepared.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IgnitionOne in Apr 2019

      Interview

Applied online and had the initial phone screen during which he asked about my background and previous experience. Pretty standard stuff. Then asked if I was doing any projects in my freetime, to which I replied I didn't really have free time as I've been very busy with work. His tone changed and he said they were only looking to hire people who "had a passion for technology and not ones who treated it as just a job " and ended the interview.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IgnitionOne (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Pretty straightforward. Phone screen from recruitment: to determine your background, career goals, interest in the role technical phone interview: questions about experience in the job requirements, a few simple code problems (such as how to set up an array) On site office visit: spent an hour and a half in office visit (interviewed with 3 people, office tour) The interview process was tailored to my experience level and testing what you know to Guage potential. So no curve balls but definitely interesting technical problems presented. One of the most open, straightforward and smooth interview processes.
