The interview had a structured pattern which is tied to the particular role applied for. The interview process was seamless and short. After submitting my application, I was called for an interview about one month after and got feedback after two weeks.

Describe yourself. How do you engage in personal development What skills do you have that you believe best fits the role. How does your educational background relate to the role you are applying for.
They asked me basic behavioral questions and wanted me to explain more about my resume, why I wanted to work for their organization. The interview was virtual and with several people. It lasted for about 30 minutes.
