They intend to bring you into the office to have a couple of discussions with the team. They seem fair from the intro and early discussions.
Note, as it states from prior comments, the moment you ask about your package/remuneration, you will likely be cut from the process, or find the answer is delayed.
So, it is solely up to you if you fancy going three/four stages into their entire process to find out it's below market (or worse, unpaid if the previous comments are true).
I would suggest that for company in the financial sector to hide/delay this information - where your main reason for joining the firm is to earn comp (i.e. you're not exactly making the world a better place) - is pretty poor form.
