Microsoft Teams meeting, interview was led directly by hiring manager. It was a standard interview with behavioral questions. Everyone was friendly and professional and I sensed they have high standards that a prospective Illumina employee should fulfill.

Standard interview questions, both behavioral and competency based.
I had a phone screen with HR, and it was pretty straightforward. However, they needed someone to start earlier than I could, so unfortunately, it didn't work out. Despite that, the overall experience was relatively relaxed and pleasant.
International video conference Interview in English with the person from HR in USA, Michel Pitre that make an interview without to see my resume. Maybe I was select by a robot and send to him. He said will get contact with me and pass thru my resume to Brazil as soon as possible but 3 or 4 days after I receved a Standard answer I was not selected for that position.
