I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. Both of these were pretty similar. They go over what is on your resume and you have the opportunity to talk about your experience.

During the phone interview, they asked a question about how a linked list is implemented and what encapsulation is. During the in-person interview, they had a power of 2 exercise.
