I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ImageX (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and Glenn Hilton, which I have now discovered he's the CEO, called me in less than 5 hours to interview me. The interview was all about what I've done in the past, my experience, etc. Everything pretty standard.
Before continuing with this, I'm a person with almost 8 years of experience with Drupal. I've done dozens of websites mainly by myself, complex and simple websites. In big groups of up to 12 people and alone. I've used every aspect of Drupal even without needing to use it. But, his answer at the end was: "I don't think you have enough Drupal experience for this position". Really? And to make things better he said: "but I think you'll be great for an intermediate Drupal developer position at our company". No, please, don't go that way. Clearly, what he was trying to do is to hire me because of all my experience but pay me about 30% less because of the "intermediate" position.
First time I apply and last one I'll do it.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience interviewing with ImageX. Upon reading your review, we believe there are some items requiring clarification.
The position for which you had applied was a Lead Developer; which in our company requires past experience in that realm leading project teams and unfortunately, for the leadership position we did not feel you were the right fit at this time. Your expertise as a developer was not in question which is why I offered you a opportunity to apply for position where you could work closely with one of our leads and grow into a lead role.
Additionally, we at ImageX strive to ensure that we continue to offer a compensation package that is commensurate with one's experience and competitive in the marketplace. If you feel that you were offered a compensation package well below the market average, we welcome you to contact us to discuss.
We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your endeavours.
