Initial Phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an I n person interview with the hiring manager. We met at a hotel nearby a government facility. After the interview, the recruiting team reached back out for salary requirements.

Interview
The interview was straight forward. I was interviewed by two representatives of the company in a friendly setting. They bounced questions back and forth and the interview felt conversational, which really puts you at ease if you get nervous easily.
