Contacted by recruiter from a staffing agency. I had a nice phone screen same day. They sent my resume over for review and got a teams interview scheduled the same week. The first interview went really well, spoke with two department managers and left it feeling great. A couple days later I got the request for a second interview. The second interview went decent with the main manager but I left it feeling less confident. STAR style behavioral questions. Overall, the recruiter was amazing and seemed like it would have been a great place to work.
