The interview process was quite standard. I had a meeting with the VP of Engineering first because there was no one in the People function, so she did the initial phone screens. After, I spoke with the hiring manager, CEO. After that was a virtual onsite where I met with the other executives. Then a final call with CEO. They also did reference checks.
