The interviewers were lovely and this was probably the most comfortable I ever felt in an interview. However, they use Be Applied for the questions, which means every candidate gets asked the exact same questions in the same order. This is intended to eliminate bias which is a nice sentiment but the reality is that hiring is innately a subjective process; each candidate is unique and questions should be tailored as such.
