Interview
While the role says analyst, you are expected to do everything from BD, sales etc. One interviewer was friendly, another acted like I'm begging him for a job. Not very ethical in term of hiring, basically looking for cheap labor.

Interview
Straightforward. Care about how much you know about impact investing space so make sure you know that. Interviewers are not out to get you but will be straightforward in asking questions. Not that easy to impress.

Interview
Overall experience: Positive
Difficulty: Easy to Average (2/5)
Outcome: Offer received and accepted
Timeline: ~3–4 weeks from application to offer
Application: Applied online. HR reviewed my resume and reached out within a few days.
Step 1: HR screening (20–30 minutes)
Basic fit and logistics: background, interest in the role, availability, work authorization. Very friendly and to the point.
Step 2: Hiring manager interview (45–60 minutes)
Role-focused discussion. We walked through my resume, recent projects, how I prioritize tasks, and how I collaborate with cross-functional teams. A few situational “what would you do if…” questions. No technical test or case study.
Offer: I received a verbal offer shortly after the manager interview, followed by the written offer.
