Horrific. Recruiting person in Lake Forest is extremely poor at communications (not good for a recruiting position), and it doesn't stop there. You can call and call and call, and leave one voicemail after another, just to follow up on one of the several interviews, and she just simply doesn't respond. I think it's extremely poor when a candidate attends several interview processes over several months driving from 1 location to the other, and don't even get enough respect to respond to an email or phone call. Not like other companies their size, that will at least send an email saying they're going in a different direction. I showed up at each interview, was it really that difficult to respond?
I believe that the company engaged in age discrimination, so if you're not a millennial, then need not apply. It's obvious that they prefer to employ younger people.
This company overspends on luxuries that were once afforded by larger companies who went out of business for doing so.
I really wanted to post something positive about my interview, but they don't deserve it.
