They had us go through a online aptitude test where they checked whether you were able to hit their required WPM and can comprehend speech from a number of different scenarios.

They wanted to know more about yourself and how you found the company
Small screen over the phone, then a interview in person where they ask you irrelevant questions. They do not care about your experience, they just want fill out the space because the turnover is insane
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Impark in Oct 2018
Interview
Short and to the point. A few probing but typical interview questions that transitioned very quickly to a tour of the office. The process was definitely not by any means rigorous.
