Impelsys Android Applications Developer interview questions

The process took 3 days i have cleared all the 2 rounds of technical interview and managerial round is also completed after 2 day of completing the managerial round with (aditi suvarna) the Hr(Arvind) is sending mail that my profile is on hold . Then why they forwarded my profile too managerial round. waste hr and worst management dont waste time in attending interview in this organization.
