Lengthy process, IQ tests involved. Seems like they really try to get the cream of the crop working for them. Had multiple rounds in person in addition to the screening.

Standard behavioral interview questions were asked.
They were nice. I didn't take the job but I enjoyed the interviewing experience and staff. Nice office environment and location as well. Good benefits. Good salary. Good job, just not right for me.
