Phone interview , followed by 2, sometimes 3 in person interviews with varying levels of management. Personality test drivers abstract and physical required as well as rigorous reference process. Whole process took over 30 days and is sometimes quicker , sometimes longer . Very thorough .

Screening interview for 10 mins
Received an email with link to CAT (computerized adaptive test)
Test consists of 2 parts - Maths and Logical reasoning from comprehensions. Maths test was long (60 mins) but logical reasoning test ended in 20 mins.
I had an intuition that something went wrong
3 days later got an email saying that they won’t be pursuing my candidacy.

Set of question. the interviewer asks the questioner like a robot. even if you have given the answer already if the question comes again, they asks you again. three phases of interview, phone, in person and last one can be phone, skype or in person.

Long interview process, first with outside 3rd party recruiter, interview with HR, District Manager and Regional Manager. Process took about 3 weeks (4 interviews, all via telephone). The process also includes a cognitive test, a math skills and a language test on the company's website.
