The interview process was multiple interviews. There were several questions that related to productivity and ability to call and relate to customers. The interview included a direct manager as well as the owner. The interview did not include clarification of the work environment which can make a huge difference in turn over.
One round interview. Interviewer was less experienced. Interview was short. She asked me general questions like Tell me about yourself, What brought you to States, Can you handle pressure, when can you join?
