Impopharma interview questions

The interview is mostly technical mostly related to chromatography, and testing, interview was take by supervisor and manager, the interview lasted for 40 minutes , the overall difficulty level was average, mostly related to chromatography and method development

They grouped about 10-15 of us in one room and after getting us to fill some preliminary forms they started calling us one by one to a separate room for private interviews. The wait time before getting interviewed was about 2 hours, the interview was about 10 minutes. The lady that was passing around the prelim questionnaire told us they have interview about 30 people in the days prior and had plans to interview 30 more for just one position at close to minimum wage pay scale.
