A call followed by an in person interview with a presentation task. I felt overall they were straight forward, friendly and thorough. The organisation of the interview was a bit off though - the task was a big one, it took me ~two working days worth of hours to complete on top of my current job, and preparation for other interviews, and I hadn't had much opportunity to find out more about the role (initial call was ~20 minutes). So I worked very hard for an interview with a company I still didn't know too much about (and in the end felt the role wasn't for me). Would have preferred a longer interview with standard interview Qs (and an opportunity for me to ask Qs) before then having a follow up presentation task. The stress of putting so much work into a presentation was not worth it in the end!
